Privacy Policy
How account, connection, and payment data are handled.
This policy applies to the VPNGR marketing website and user panel. It explains what data is processed to provide subscription services, why it is processed, and how to submit privacy requests. Third-party payment pages are also subject to their own policies.
Account and Order Data
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. VPNGR does not require an email address for account creation. If a user chooses to provide one in a support ticket, it is used only to address that request. Do not include passwords, full payment credentials, or subscription keys in support tickets.
Account data is used to verify identity, maintain login access, and deliver subscriptions. Order records include the selected plan, payment amount, order status, and payment transaction identifier. They are used to confirm payments, process refunds, and resolve order disputes. Support tickets help us investigate reported issues and should not contain personal data unrelated to the request.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Diagnostics
VPNGR does not record which websites users access through international routes, retain browsing histories, lists of destination domains, or communication content, or build account-linked browsing histories. This policy applies to network acceleration traffic; it does not mean that account, order, and website analytics records are never created.
Cumulative usage and subscription status needed to calculate traffic allowances are linked to accounts, but do not include destinations. Connection troubleshooting follows data minimization principles: error types, client environment, and necessary timestamps are processed only as needed to diagnose issues. Connection logs that could reconstruct browsing activity are not kept continuously. Temporary diagnostic data is deleted when troubleshooting is complete and is not repurposed for long-term behavioral analysis.
Site Analytics and Browser Storage
Website analytics help us understand page visits, entry-point clicks, and common usage environments so we can improve content and navigation. Analytics are limited to website and panel interactions and are not used to analyze other sites users access through our routes. Account passwords, subscription keys, and payment credentials should not be included in analytics events.
Cookies and local storage are used to retain necessary session state, language preferences, and login credentials. Users can restrict cookies or clear local storage in their browser settings. Doing so may require signing in again and may reset some preferences. Signing out or clearing local data does not automatically close an account or delete server-side order records.
Third-Party Payments and Data Disclosure
VPNGR supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Payment authorization, fund processing, and verification on the payment provider's side are handled by the relevant third party. VPNGR receives payment results and transaction identifiers needed to confirm orders; users are not asked to submit their payment account passwords to this site.
Third parties may process transaction data under their own policies, and related requests should be directed to the relevant provider. VPNGR does not sell personal data. Data is disclosed only as necessary to verify payments, carry out required technical processing, or meet legal obligations. Records retained by payment providers are not automatically deleted when an account is deleted on this site.
Data Retention and Deletion Requests
Account data is retained while services are provided. Order data is retained as needed for settlement, refunds, dispute handling, and applicable legal requirements. Support tickets and website analytics are retained only for as long as needed for their stated purposes, then deleted or de-identified. Identifiable data is not kept indefinitely.
Users can sign in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account data, and specify the scope of the request. VPNGR will verify account ownership before handling a request. Data that must be retained by law or relates to an unresolved order will have its use restricted, and the reason it cannot yet be deleted will be explained. Any remaining data in backups is cleared through routine rotation.
Policy Updates and Privacy Contact
When this policy changes, the last-updated month on this page will be revised. Significant changes to processing purposes, data categories, or user rights will be announced on the website or in the panel. Where separate consent is required, it will be obtained as required; publishing this policy does not replace necessary authorization.
